Ask Your Questions

Ask Your Questions
Some churches and traditions discourage questioning, yet we know that questioning is a natural part of human development. As Elmo from Sesame Street says, “Asking questions is a great way to find things out.” More than that, questions encourage us to grow in understanding and faith. Frederick Buechner wrote, “Doubts are the ants in the pants of faith. They keep it awake and moving" (Frederick Buechner, Wishful Thinking: A Theological ABC [New York: HarperOne, 1993], 22).
