Good Health Requires Attention
In life, we can do a lot of things right and yet undermine those things by other habits. Physically, for instance, we can’t always out-train a bad diet. We can exercise regularly and get plenty of rest, but that won’t prevent us from rotting our liver if we are daily abusing alcohol (or any number of substances). To be in good health, we must pay attention to both the good and the bad. This week, we’ll talk about what that looks like in a spiritual sense.
