Christ Cleanses Us From Sin

The attached link includes a “scientific” object lesson, using a basic chemical reaction to demonstrate how Christ heals us of our sin. Combining a jar of ammonia and water with a jar of phenolphthalein and water, the contents turn pink—a visual of being “unclean,” as the woman in this story. But by adding vinegar, the solution becomes clear again—which demonstrates how Christ cleanses us from sin.
