Endless Desert

Inspired by real events, the movie The Way Back (directed by Peter Weir, Newmarket Films, 2010) tells the story of a group of ravaged war prisoners, held captive in a Siberian labor camp in communist Russia, who must travel four thousand miles on foot to find refuge in India.
