Gratitude

Sheldon Yellen, CEO of BELFOR Holdings Inc., writes 9,200 holiday and birthday cards every year: one for every employee. He started this gesture in 1985 to change people’s perspective about him around the company. He continued the custom as a way of generating gratefulness amongst the employees.
