Healthy Fear

In the movie Fearless (directed by Peter Weir, Warner Bros., 1993), a plane crash survivor develops the distorted belief that he is impervious to pain and death. In the final scene of the film, Max, who before the crash displayed a potentially fatal allergy to strawberries, proudly picks one up and eats it.
