“Please Remember Me” is the sorrowful cry from Tim McGraw’s 1999 single. While the country song describes the love and struggle of human relationships, we can understand the groaning to hope that we will be remembered by someone who cares for us. That same longing and struggle can relate to our relationship with God. We desire that in times of struggle and darkness God will remember and rescue us.
