Have you ever had a boss who turned out to be a fraud? Maybe they were a nice person, but they were not competent at their job. Over weeks or months of working for them, you notice that their work never produces results. Eventually, they’re fired because of their lack of productivity. Christian leaders do not need leadership qualities as the world characterizes them, but they desperately need Christlike qualities. If they don’t have these, you will notice a lack of godly fruit in their lives.
