The Waiting Room

The Waiting Room
Some Christians treat the church like heaven’s waiting room. We act like Jesus puts us on the schedule to meet him in heaven, tells us to show up early, and then makes us wait forever in a room full of strangers we have no intentions of speaking to. Churches were never meant to be collections of isolated people, but that is what many of them have become. The church is supposed to be God’s people working and living together to share his love with the world.
