Big Idea of the Series

This series for adults and youth starts in Genesis 3 where the Enemy first tempted humankind to undermine God’s good design and his boundaries for human flourishing. From there, it looks at modern temptations to step outside of God’s good and brings us back to what God’s Word says to his people today. The serpent’s question was meant to cast doubt, but we can learn to use the question “Did God really say that?” to solidify our understanding of Scripture and combat our tendencies to live in a believer bubble, agree with the loudest crowd, and misconstrue what it means to be blessed.
